One of my personal favourite fine dining restaurant, Kama from Radisson Blu Kaushambi does and did it again. Adding another feather to its specter, Kama is back with yet another festivity of the famed Mughlai delicacy – Kebabs. A month long festival, it celebrates the universal love for kebabs and the authentic flavors, textures and aromas alike.
Forming a stronger concrete to such good food, is the grandeur of its ambience and proactive efficiency of the staff involved. The service exhaled a certain level of involvement across the staff hierarchy. Living true to its parent brand name, Kama synchronizes a perfect harmony between traditional décor and a modern layout.
The Chef exceeded all palatial expectations by belting out a wide array of plates under the ‘heading’ of kebabs, ranging from tikkas, seekh and galouti; veg and non-veg alike. A large assay of ingredients was used in making these hearty dishes and the accompanying in-house chutneys.
The menu was well curated to satisfy each kind of appetite, preferences and palate. Involving the smoked vegetable and cottage cheese dishes to my personal favorites in non vegetarian like chicken, fish and lamb, with my highly recommended ones being –
- Angara Murgh Tikka
- Mughlai Murgh Tikka
- Kastoori Fish Tikka
- Paneer Zafrani Tikka
- Vegetable Galouti Kebab
- Veg/Non-Veg Biryani
- Gulab Jamun
Finally, I would happily rate this delicious experience 5/5 for the amazing gastronomic journey.
